A native of Moorhead, Minnesota, Tad has been with Springer Industrial for nearly ten years. He spends most of his time providing powder coating solutions to customers in Arizona, New Mexico and around Las Vegas. Before joining us, Tad spent more than 25 years as a fire fighter with the North Dakota Air National Guard. When he’s not working, he loves archery, hunting and off-roading.
