Payment shall be made according to the terms specified on your invoice. A service charge of 1.5% per month of 10% annually will be charged on any past due balance. Claims for shortages, defects or damages must be made within five days of receipt of goods. Returns must be authorized and you must get a Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). All warranty parts are submitted to the manufacturer for inspection, and credit will be applied to your account if manufacturer approves. For units sent in to Springer Industrial Equipment for repair, there is a minimum two-week turnaround time frame. Applicable shipping fees and labor charges are NOT covered with warranty. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. We reserve the right to hold orders or revoke open credit status if payment terms are not being met.
