The new LED lighting offers many advantages over fluorescent lamps such as lower energy usage, exceptionally longer life, truer color rendering, improved durability, reduced maintenance costs and improved safety, which adds up to savings. The energy efficiency of an LED light is more than double the efficiency of a fluorescent light and can usually offer 50% energy savings with the same or better light output.
